This looks so promising! But I've some questions... [1] Is everyone a king/queen in charge of their own castle, etc? [2] Are players able to collaborate on a single build/kingdom/castle in any way? [3] Is the coop experience just limited to alliances? I really want the answers to these questions to be no, yes, no... but I fear that's not the case.
